I just need to pick up a stool FIT kit, or a urine container for urine tests. Do I need to make an appointment?

Book an appointment to guarantee your time slot. For walk-in options, contact the laboratory directly.

Where your laboratory offers Container Pick Up / Specimen Drop Off, select it as the test. If you also have a lab (blood) test ordered, select only Lab Test (blood or urine). Both are covered by one appointment.

Where can I view my lab test results? Can I see my results online in Lab Online Booking?

Accepted Answer

Lab Online Booking is a scheduling service, so your test results aren't shown or stored here. Your results go directly to the doctor who ordered your tests, usually within 1 to 2 weeks, so please contact your doctor's office to review them. If your health authority participates, you can also view results through BC Health Gateway at https://www.healthgateway.gov.bc.ca/.
