Fasting REQUIRED
If your test requires you to fast before:

Lipids (Cholesterol)
Insulin
Lactose test
Fasting RECOMMENDED
While not strictly required, fasting is recommended for more accurate results for:
Iron tests
GGT
Uric Acid
Time-Specific Collection Requirements

Urinalysis Morning: First morning sample preferred for accuracy
